Stacy Davidson began her work at Earlham in February 2018 as the Vice President of Finance and Administration, where she was immediately challenged with reducing the budget by $2 million and succeeded.
She came to Earlham from Colorado College, where she worked in a variety of roles for 20 years, most recently as Associate Vice President for Finance/Controller. The liberal arts college served approximately 2,000 students, and she oversaw the $183 million budget and $745 million endowment.
Additionally, she provided strategic leadership to the Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration in areas such as: facilities operations (renewal & replacement as well as capital projects), institutional budget planning/development, accounting, auditing, tax returns, student accounts, purchasing, general campus operations, compliance and policy development, investments, debt issuance, legal, real estate, auxiliary operations, and the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.
