Scot Schaeffer, M.S.

Scot Schaeffer is a dynamic leader in higher education with 40 years of experience in admissions and financial aid. He joined Earlham’s leadership team in the fall of 2023. Immediately prior, he led enrollment management divisions at Marietta College in Ohio (2019-2023) and Luther College in Iowa (from 2007-2019). He has held other leadership roles at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, University of Evansville in Indiana, Kentucky Wesleyan College, St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, and his alma mater, DePaul University in Illinois.
