Why do you teach at Earlham?

I teach at Earlham because I believe in the aspirations of the college to integrate social justice and respect for persons into every aspect of life here. I believe in establishing a foundation that centers students’ knowledge and needs in driving pedagogy. Earlham College not only allows space for you to create this foundation but actively encourages and supports you in development and implementation.
