Students with disabilities
As an educational community committed to the success of every student, Earlham College strives to effectively respond to the needs of students with physical and learning disabilities in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Campus crime
Earlham reports information concerning campus crime annually according to the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990, retitled the Jeanie Cleary Act. Crime statistics are published each year in the Public Safety Brochure “Working Together for Safety.”
