Quantitative Reasoning Center
The mission of the Quantitative Reasoning Center, or QRC, is to be a prominent resource for both faculty and students to achieve quantitative literacy across the curriculum. The QRC follows the lead of the Academic Enrichment Center to aid and enhance the broad range of quantitative skills necessary for all Earlham College students to be successful both in the classroom and society.
For faculty in the natural sciences and social sciences, the QRC serves as a resource to identify the quantitative skills needed by students to be competitive in the classroom.
For new students, the QRC supports academic advising with a quantitative assessment to help align students’ skills with their academic program.
For all students, the QRC provides the necessary support and skill development for quantitative literacy across the curriculum.
