Recording Clerk of the Faculty
The Recording Clerk of the Faculty documents Faculty Meeting discussion and action, reviews minutes with the Clerk of the Faculty, and compiles and uploads approved meeting minutes to the college repository. Working with the Clerk of the Faculty to shape the agenda of Faculty Meeting, they attend Convener’s Meeting, as well as help track business items that Faculty Meeting agreed should return in the future (e.g., trial period timelines). They collaborate with the College Archivist to review historical minutes, as needed. If a Recording Clerk is unable to record a faculty meeting, a former Recording Clerk may be asked to serve as a substitute. Term is one year, with a possible one-year extension.
