Handbook
Registered Student Organization Handbook	This handbook is designed to provide students and advisers with the information they need to lead and operate a successfully registered student organization.

Student Organization Forms
Student Organization Recognition & Budget Request	This form must be completed each semester if the organization is wanting to retain SOC recognition and receive funding. This form also keeps SOC aware of current organization leadership. This form must be completed and submitted each semester.
New Student Organization Registration Form	This form is to request recognition by SOC to become a registered student organization.
Request for Payment Form	Students seeking reimbursement for organization purchases over $200.
Cash Reimbursement Form	Students seeking reimbursement for organization purchases under $200.
Constitution Template	This template can be used to create a constitution for a new student organization.
Budget Template	This template can create the budget for an event, which must be presented with a description of the event to have a complete proposal when requesting special allocations.

Event Planning Forms
Event Reservation Request Form	This form must be submitted if a student organization is hosting an event on or off-campus.
Table Reservation Request Form	Student organizations must submit this form to promote an event or program in Runyan Hallway.
Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability Form	This form must be submitted if the event involves risk. This form is meant to help participants understand the risk associated with the activity.
Bonfire Request Form	This form must be submitted if the student organization is requesting a bonfire.
Organization Travel	This form must be submitted if the student organization requests travel (regardless of the radius to campus or overnight).
