Class sizes are limited, and participation is first come, first served. Masks are required to and from designated areas within group fitness spaces, socially distanced to be 8 to 12 feet apart. Masks are not required during exercise.
Please check at the AWC for updated schedules, as classes are subject to change and new classes may be offered.
Indoor cycling is a unique indoor stationary cycling program that is one of the hottest classes in the local community. This class is for people of all ages and fitness levels and is NOT just a “hard-core” fitness program for elite athletes. Although not required, bring a water bottle, your bike shorts and bike shoes.

This class alternates high intensity bursts of cardio with body sculpting exercises. The ultimate body-shaping, fat-burning and strength-training class!
Barre class is a 45-minute unique combination of cardio and strength training with a little help from a ballet barre. Perfect for all levels of exercise experience. – Starting February 12
Sculpt, shape and strengthen your core, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves in this 45-minute workout. Various exercises, equipment and techniques will be used. Intervals of high-intensity cardio and strength and toning will be sure to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! This class is mixed level, everyone is welcome.
Styled as a Zumba-like class, DANCE FUSION incorporates hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
A high-energy, non-contact group fitness class, CORE DE FORCE mixes MMA-inspired cardio drills with explosive power moves for a full-body conditioning workout. Cardio spikes burn major calories. And your own body weight provides resistance—no equipment needed.
Designed to build strength, improve flexibility and tone muscles, PiYo uses your own bodyweight to perform a series of high-intensity moves. Each PiYo class gives you the physical and mental benefits of yoga while sculpting and toning every muscle in your body. With a focus on mind/body connection, flexibility, mobility, and core strength, it’s the perfect class for every age and fitness level.
Our Yoga class combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and Core Workout to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level- the instructor offers options for both brand-new beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures during the class. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket.
An upright pool workout that focuses on the aerobic intensity and muscle toning. Swimming itself is not included in the workout. Join us for a low – to no-impact workout!
