Healthy Holiday

Challenge

The New Year is often a time that we deliberate on the changes we want or need to make in our lives.

Home Student Life Athletics and Wellness Center

Athletics and Wellness Center

The Wellness Department is dedicated to providing a variety of safe and quality programs, facilities, and services. Our goal is to promote, establish and maintain an environment that encourages healthy lifestyle choices to affirm physical, mental, and social well-being throughout our community. For the past 22 years, the Wellness Programs at Earlham College have made a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of our campus by providing a breadth of coverage that touches the lives of every student. Furthermore, the program strives to impact the lives of the Earlham staff, faculty and the wider Richmond and Wayne County community, as well.

The program’s components of mind, body, spirit and community provide depth by working collaboratively with Earlham Health Services, Counseling Services, the Office of Religious Life, Outdoor Education and Residence Life to provide programs such as Wellness Late-Nights and the annual Wellness Fair. Group fitness classes including yoga, pilates and spinning are available. Additional services include massage therapy, personal training and swim lessons.

Our vision: To be a leader in wellness by providing comprehensive and engaging programs and services enhancing the campus experience.

The Athletics and Wellness Center is fully reopened as of June 1. Upon the first visit, each visitor will be required to complete a membership form and provide proof of vaccination status.
