Introducing the New Heart

We’ve updated the Heart portal! The same access to your Earlham email, alumni directory, and more is all available. It’s just got a brand new look.

In November 2023, the old Heart portal will cease to operate. You can access the New Heart with the button below and familiarize yourself with the info on this page.

*If you are not currently using an Earlham account, you will need to register now for an account. Please be aware that requests may take up to three business days to process, as they are validated manually for security purposes.

You can still do everything you used to do through the Heart portal. On the New Heart, you can…

• Access the alumni directory to find alums from your grad year, in your area, or other affinity groups
• Order a transcript online and pay by credit card
• Use your own @earlham.edu email address
• access college information and resources, like the Career Education Office or the Library

If you know your Earlham username and password, login now! If you do not have an alumni username or password, please request one.
