No Sweep form
At the end of each semester, groups should have spent their entire allocation. Any money remaining in their account at the end of the semester is swept back into the SOC account for re-allocation in the next semester. From time to time organizations try to plan large events that require more than one semester to prepare for. They may raise money and wish to hang on to this money until it can be spent the following semester. Money which is to be carried over must be approved by the Student Organizations Council. This form must be completed at least two weeks prior to the last class day.
