About me

Lexie Williams is a mental health counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, student-centered care. Her clinical interests include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, harm reduction, mindfulness, and crisis intervention. Lexie values diversity, equity, integrity, respect, and confidentiality, and strives to create a supportive space where students feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.
