8:45 – 9:15 a.m. | Check in LBC, Richmond Room
Please park in Lot A. Students and employees will be there to help you find the check-in table. Refreshments provided.
9:15 – 10 a.m. | Welcome and Earlham overview LBC, Loose Lecture Hall
Hear from Erin Hutchinson, assistant vice president for enrollment management, before we start our Earlham Kahoot! information session — and a chance to win prizes!
10:10 – 11:10 a.m. | Campus tour and case studies
Group A: Campus Tour Explore campus with current students.
Group B: Case Studies, Richmond Room & CST 103 Learn more about the college application process with an interactive review with our Admissions Staff.
11:20 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. | Campus tour and case studies
Group A: Case Studies, Richmond Room & CST 103
Group B: Campus Tour
12:20 – 1 p.m. | Lunch Friends Room, Earlham Dining Hall
Join us for lunch in the dining hall with buffet-style dining! When you’re finished, check out the campus store just down the hall.

1:15 – 1:45 p.m. Epic Journey LBC, Loose Lecture Hall
Hear from Brian LaDuca, associate vice president of academic affairs, about the Epic Journey — Earlham’s world-class 4-year co-curricular experience.
1:45 – 2:15 p.m. | Financial aid & scholarships LBC, Loose Lecture Hall
Kathy Gottschalk, assistant vice president for financial aid, will tell you everything you should know about financial aid and scholarship opportunities at Earlham College.
2:15 – 2:30 p.m. | Earlham Summer LBC, Loose Lecture Hall
Jill Nelson, associate director of summer programs, will provide all the essential information about Earlham Summer — a six-day residential, pre-college program for high schoolers.
2:30 – 2:45 p.m. | Go out and find your fit LBC lobby and Richmond Room
Finish the day with closing remarks from Erin Hutchinson, assistant vice president for enrollment management, as you learn how to find the right college for you. Additionally, receive a special gift for participating in Junior Preview Day.
