How did Earlham help prepare you for your current career?
“I am attorney practicing immigration law in New York City. Although during my time at Earlham, there were not many legal courses offered, I took advantage of what was offered and learned how to use what I can access to achieve my goals. Most importantly, being a part of the diverse community at Earlham allowed me to constantly learn, become more understanding and compassionate. These are the same skills I need in my current job, working with underserved communities, mostly with children, and in a field of law that is ever changing and requires you to constantly learn and adapt.”
Why do you volunteer for the college?
“I’d like to give back as much as I can to the institution that helped shape the person I am today and where I am in life.”
Favorite Earlham memory?
“There are too many! :).”
