We start with your interests.
Everything else follows.

Earlham is a Top 100 National Liberal Arts College (U.S. News & World Report) with a big vision for a better world knowing that you are the key to it. Your intellectual DNA, your unique perspectives and experiences, your goals for getting the most out of the beautiful life ahead of you — that is what powers this place.

Transferring to a new college can feel like you’re losing momentum. At Earlham, you’ll hit the ground running:

  • Design your path. Build your own major or choose from ours — and see why we’re ranked by the Princeton Review as having one of the Best Classroom Experiences.
  • Personalize your experiences. On your Epic Journey — our life design & career program — you’ll get coaching sessions for self-exploration, mini career experiments, and $5,000 towards research or an internship.
  • Go global. We’re 4th in the nation for percentage of students who study abroad and offer numerous opportunities (many fully funded) to go abroad for career experiences, immersive study abroad programs, research, and more.
  • Partner with faculty. Our exceptional faculty don’t just teach for a living — they pay attention for a living, notice what lights you up, and curate opportunities to empower the best in you.

Behind our rankings, opportunities, and exceptional academics is the heart of a community that beats for our students. We’re here for you.

Important to know

  • Application deadline: June 1
  • We’ve waived residency credit requirements^ for you — so college closure doesn’t have to derail your degree.
  • Financial aid is available.

^ Most colleges have a residency credit requirement where a student must complete a certain number of credits at the institution for which they will graduate. We have waived this requirement for any student displaced due to college closure.
