Why do you teach at Earlham?
I was drawn to Earlham because its values mirror my teaching philosophy. I emphasize critical thinking over rote learning, guiding students to analyze sources and form evidence-based conclusions. From my first interactions, I also felt a genuine sense of community at Earlham-welcomed, supported, and seen, which affirmed that this is the place I want to teach.
