Bonita Washington-Lacey, M.A.

About me

Bonita Washington-Lacey has served in numerous roles in enrollment management, academic affairs, and student life over her more than four decades of service at Earlham College. As the vice president of student life and dean of students (a position she’s held since 2019), she leads athletics, counseling, health services, accessibility and disability services, religious life, residence life, and student engagement. She was previously senior associate vice president for academic affairs and served as the college registrar from 1995-2005. Bonita has also served as an associate dean for multicultural affairs, an associate dean for student development, and an associate dean of admissions.
