Admitted Student Day
February 17
This event is open to any high school seniors who have been admitted or confirmed their enrollment to Earlham College for fall 2025. Students can also choose to come early for an optional overnight on Sunday, Feb. 16. Take a look at the schedule below and register here.

Sunday, Feb. 16
- Noon – 4 p.m. – Airport Shuttles
- For students who are flying to campus unaccompanied by family.
- 4 – 5:30 p.m. Check-in: May-Crossen Student Commons
- Check in and meet your host; settle into the residence hall
- 4 – 6 p.m. Family Reception- Center for Visual and Performing Arts Lobby
- After check-in family members are welcome to drop into a reception, have some light refreshments and meet the leadership team of the college.
- 5:30 –7 p.m. Dinner: Earlham Hall
- Join students for dinner in the dining hall.
- 7 – 9 p.m. Evening Events: Various locations
- Build community and explore campus while enjoying the Planetarium Show, participating in Esports, playing board games, and more!
- 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.Overnight Stay Check-In: May-Crossen
- All overnight visitors MUST check in at this time.
Monday, Feb. 17
- 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast: Earlham Hall
- Students who stayed overnight can grab breakfast in the dining hall. Students should drop their belongings in Tyler Hall, or their cars as they won’t be returning to the residence halls prior to departure.
- 8 – 8:45 a.m. Check-in: Athletics and Wellness Center Concourse
- All students and families should check in for the day.
- 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. Academic Fair: Druley Performance Gym
- Learn about our academic offerings from teaching faculty while enjoying light refreshments.
- 9:25 – 9:45 a.m. Welcome: Druley Performance Gym
- Receive a welcome address from a current student, plus an overview of the day.
- 10 – 10:45 a.m. Morning Sessions: Sessions will include a tour of residence halls, class visits, a student success panel discussion, and a tour of the equestrian center and Miller Farm.
- 11 – 11:45 a.m. Lunch: Earlham Hall
- Recruited athletes may also use this time to eat with coaches and/or the team.
- Noon – 12:45 p.m. Afternoon Session A: Sessions will include an info session from admissions, off-campus study overview, programming for first-generation college students, an overview of the Epic Journey, and an opportunity to build community with affinity spaces on campus.
- 1 – 1:45 p.m. Afternoon Session B: Same as “Afternoon Sessions A,” but there will be a campus tour rather than an info session with admissions.
- 2 – 2:30 p.m. Next Steps: Lingle, Center for Visual and Performing Arts
- An introduction to the Countdown to Earlham portal, August Wilderness, and New Student Orientation.
- 2:30 – 4 p.m. Open Office Hours: Various Locations. Questions? Visit any of the support services during open office hours.
