Students will engage in hands-on field experiences where they will learn…
- in real-time about the amazing ecological, evolutionary, conservation and cultural diversity of Namibia
- about the process of scientific and cultural inquiry
- skills to become more competitive for life after Earlham
They will learn firsthand about ecology, human wildlife conflicts, evolution and conservation of Namibia’s wildlife. They will conduct research projects and interact with a variety of people involved in conservation issues.
Finally, they will engage in learning about Namibia’s history and culture. Biology Professor Wendy Tori will be leading this program in 2024.
