Landrum Bolling Center (LBC) lobby
Please park in the lot between Landrum Bolling Center (LBC) and Carpenter Hall. Students and employees will be there to help you find the check-in table.
9:15–10 a.m. | Welcome & Earlham overview
Loose Lecture Hall (LBC 105)
Erin Hutchinson, assistant VP for enrollment management, will give a welcome speech before our Earlham Kahoot information session (with opportunities to win prizes!) begins.
10:15–11:15 a.m.
Group A: Campus tour
Meet in LBC lobby
Complete a scavenger hunt while touring campus with current students and staff for a chance to win prizes.
Group B: Case studies
Richmond Room (LBC) & Center for Science and Technology (CST) 103
Learn more about the college application process with an interactive review by our admissions staff.
11:15 a.m.–noon | Lunch
Earlham Dining Hall – Friends Room (enter through Earlham Hall or the Runyan Center)
Join us for lunch in the dining hall and take advantage of the buffet-style dining! You can also check out the campus store (down the hall) when you’re finished.
12:15–1:15 p.m.

Kathy Gottschalk, assistant VP for financial aid, will give a presentation on financial aid and scholarship opportunities at Earlham College.
2–2:15 p.m. | Go out and Find Your Fit

Finish the day with some closing remarks from Erin Hutchinson and receive a special gift for participating in Junior Preview Day (hint: it involves Earlham swag).
