Section A – Student Loans

You must accept, decline or reduce all loans online via TheHeart, Earlham’s secure web portal. Please refer to your award notification email for detailed instructions. Once you have accepted, declined or reduced your loan(s), you are not able to make changes online. You have 15 days from the date the loan(s) disburse to your student account to make changes to the loan. To make changes to your loan during this period, list the changes below:

If you originally reduced or declined your loan/s and would now like to borrow the loan funds, list those amounts below:

If your parent applied for and was denied the Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students, you can request additional unsubsidized loan funds. To request these funds, list the amount you would like to borrow below (First Year & Sophomore up to $4,000 and Junior & Senior up to $5,000):
