Earlham’s Homecoming and Reunion Weekend is our annual celebration to welcome alumni and friends back to the College. We also celebrate class reunions each year, but all Earlhamites are welcome back to campus for a weekend full of festivities.
Homecoming and Reunion Weekend will begin on Thursday, Oct. 13, and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 16. Please see our schedule for a full list of activities.
Earlham is committed to keeping our campus and community safe, and we closely monitor the any updates on the coronavirus. At this time, masks are optional on campus. Homecoming guests will not be required to test or provide vaccination records. We do highly recommend that each person attending campus is up-to-date on available vaccines and boosters. Beginning with the 5th year reunion, we celebrate reunions every 5 years leading up to your 50th Reunion years beyond the 50th will be a part of the Emeriti cluster reunion. For a quick guide, here are the class breakdown for the next five years:
- 2022: Classes ending in “2” and “7”. *With the exception of the classes of 1970 and 1971 who are invited back to celebrate their 50th reunions*
- 2023: Classes ending in “3” and “8”
- 2024: Classes ending in “4” and 9”
- 2025: Classes ending in “0” and 5”
- 2026: Classes ending in “1” and “6”
Register using our RegFox portal. Some events require registration and payment. If you don’t plan on attending any registration required events, simply choose “General Homecoming Ticket.” All registrants will receive a name badge, but you must stop by the Welcome Center during our open hours. Open hours are listed on our schedule.
In order to prepare for the weekend, pre-registration is strongly encouraged. The deadline for registration to ensure we have meal counts is Friday, Sept. 30.

Absolutely! You can attend any events throughout the weekend!
If your plans change, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund. Please contact our office at [email protected] or 765-983-1313.
Yes! We encourage you to bring your family and friends with you to homecoming! Be sure to register them for the weekend by adding guest(s) when registering.
Homecoming is open to all Earlhamites! There are many fun and exciting activities even if you’re not celebrating a reunion.
We encourage the entire Earlham community to attend.
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide transportation to and from airports, hotels, off-campus events, etc. If you need transportation, we encourage you to rent a car or carpool with friends. The city of Richmond does offer limited transportation services.

Unfortunately, child care is not provided due to liability concerns.
Those with dietary restrictions will need to register before to the Sept. 30 deadline in order for us to make accommodations. You can list your dietary restrictions when you register for the weekend.
Parking is available throughout campus during the entire weekend!
We have reserved hotel blocks throughout the city. Please refer to our homecoming hotel guide for more information. There are also several AirBnb options in Richmond and surroundings areas.
