Please arrive on campus as close to your scheduled tour time as possible. Free parking is available at one of the Admission Visitor Parking spots on the main drive or in the adjacent parking lots. We try to keep tours small to facilitate interaction between the tour guide and the prospective student and their guests. However, we do not limit the number of visitors and try to avoid turning people who want to visit away.  A typical tour has 2-3 families in attendance.

We do not limit the number of guests.

We do offer the opportunity to have an interview with an admissions counselor, coach, professor, or another Earlham community member based on availability.

We will offer bottled water to keep you hydrated during your visit. Self service Keurig hot beverages are also available.

For those who attend a 10:15 am information session, we will offer a voucher to eat lunch in the dining hall on campus for your party.  The dining hall may not be open during the summer and during breaks in the academic year when classes are not in session.

The dining hall will be offering take and go boxed options on a daily basis. In addition, we recommend a number of restaurants in Richmond that offer both in-person dining as well as take-out. A list of options are available in the Admissions office or at https://visitrichmond.org/visitors/places-to-eat

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms, please refrain from traveling. Re-schedule your visit at a later date.
