Please arrive on campus as close to your scheduled tour time as possible. Free parking is available at one of the Admission Visitor Parking spots on the main drive or in the adjacent parking lots. There will be up to 4 families per tour. Campus Tours will be offered at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.

We recommend limiting the number of people joining you for your visit. In an effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are limiting in person visitors to parties of 4 or less people at a time.

Face coverings are not currently required of our fully vaccinated employees and our guests. Unvaccinated guests are required to wear a mask while indoors. Please provide your own face coverings if possible; however, we will have masks on-hand. All visitors will also be screened by assessing their temperatures upon arrival.

Campus tours will consist of exterior and interiors of buildings.  Campus tours will enter a residence hall building/space. Per social distancing guidelines, we discourage personal contact and handshakes.

We do offer the opportunity to have an interview with an admissions counselor, coach, professor, or another Earlham community member by virtual appointment or in person/based on availability.

We will offer bottled water to keep you hydrated during your visit. Self service Keurig hot beverages are also available.

Due to the dining hall being closed during summer hours, we recommend a number of restaurants in Richmond that offer both in-person dining as well as take-out. A list of options is available in the Office of Admissions or at visitrichmond.org/visitors/places-to-eat.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms, please refrain from traveling. Re-schedule your visit at a later date.
