There will be up to 4 families per tour. Information sessions begin at 10:15 am and 2:15 pm EST. Campus Tours will be offered at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Saturday sessions are available during the academic year, starting at 10 AM EST.

We recommend limiting the number of people joining you for your visit. In an effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are limiting in person visitors to parties of 4 or less people at a time.

Face coverings are optional for all employees and our guests. Please provide your own face coverings. We encourage all visitors to campus to continue to self-evaluate for COVID 19 symptoms prior to arrival to campus.

Campus tours will consist of exterior and interiors of buildings.  Campus tours will enter a residence hall building/space. Per social distancing guidelines, we discourage personal contact and handshakes.

We do offer the opportunity to have an interview with an admissions counselor, coach, professor, or another Earlham community member by virtual appointment or in person/based on availability.

We will offer bottled water to keep you hydrated during your visit. Self service Keurig hot beverages are also available.

The dining hall will be offering take and go boxed options on a daily basis. In addition, we recommend a number of restaurants in Richmond that offer both in-person dining as well as take-out. A list of options are available in the Admissions office or at https://visitrichmond.org/visitors/places-to-eat

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms, please refrain from traveling. Re-schedule your visit at a later date.
