Leadership Boot Camp
No matter where your educational or career interests lie, this intensive signature CEIC program can help you learn important professional skills and build relationships with your peers. Held the week prior to the opening of fall classes, the Earlham-Levinson Entrepreneurial Leadership Boot Camp is open to all students at no cost.
Led by an international consultant in personal and professional growth, participants develop these core competencies:
- Ethical leadership
- Professional development
- Understanding financial statements
- Presentation skills
- Social impact analysis
- Entrepreneurial sales management process
The six-day seminar concludes with student teams pitching their business plans, developed with the skills they have learned. Professional mentoring and feedback is available throughout, and video sessions with guest presenters are included. You just might discover new abilities or career interests!
