Health &Wellness Coaching
A Health and Wellness Coach is designed to support students in making positive changes to their overall health behaviors. Health and Wellness Coaching is a non-clinical service that focuses on behavioral change to work with and support students on improving their overall health and wellbeing by engaging in behaviors that have been proven to support a healthier lifestyle.
Health and Wellness Coaches provide guidance and support for students to aid in the changes that are needed to improve and maintain overall heath while covering areas that contribute to healthy living including the 8 Dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, Environmental, Financial, Occupational & Social.
Areas of Wellness can include: Stress Reduction, Time Management, Sleep Goals
Eligibility
Currently enrolled Earlham undergraduate students and students enrolled in the Graduate Programs in Education at Earlham are eligible for Coaching Services. Services will be rendered through referrals from Earlham College Counseling Department.
