How did Earlham help prepare you for your current career?

“Everything I learned at Earlham, whether in the classroom, extra curricular activities, or conversing with fellow students, faculty, and staff taught me skills that were invaluable in navigating life and work. I spent thirty years working in higher education as an administrator and counselor, and now work in the funeral industry. Earlham has played an integral role in both fields, thanks to the breadth and rigor of my academic studies!”

What is something you have done on council that you enjoy?

“Leading the Mission and Governance task group – it wasn’t as boring as it sounds! We had a lot of fun and accomplished a monumental set of projects to move Council forward.”
