In the classroom and in their co-curricular activities, Earlham students are focused on changing the world for good. As a result, alumni are leaders in a variety of fields<\/a>\u2014 including science, business, international affairs and the arts. Earlham graduates are winners of the Pulitzer Prize, Guggenheim Fellowship, and the Golden Globe Award. They also include diplomats, doctors, teachers and advocates\u2014and most credit Earlham for shaping their world views and preparing them for diverse and dynamic careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRecent graduates have earned some of the world\u2019s most sought-after post-graduate awards, including the Rhodes Scholarship, Knight-Hennessy Scholarship, Watson Fellowship, and the Fulbright award. And about 90 percent of recent graduates are hired within six months or have enrolled in graduate school. Eighty-six percent of Earlham students who apply for medical school are accepted, more than twice the national average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
