Dining Services

Dining Services at Earlham is provided by Metz Culinary Management.  Metz is partnering with the Sustainability Office on many initiatives including trayless dining, composting (hopefully back online during 2017-18), increasing the usage of local foods, and expanding recycling in the dining hall.  Metz will also continue to provide ample vegan and vegetarian options for students.
