Introduction to Canoeing

Course Description:

Introduction to Canoeing – AWPE 200 - 0

This is in an introductory level canoe course taking place in the first 7 weeks of the semester. There will be weekly on campus skills sessions as well as field trips to local state park lakes and rivers. No previous canoeing experience is required. Fee: $160

IMPORTANT: First class meeting: Tuesday, August 25 at 7pm in the Outdoor Education Center (Dennis 224), field trips Saturday, September 12th and Saturday, September 19th - Sunday, September 20th.  Only students registered on Self-Service AND present at the pre-course meeting will be enrolled. Due to limited enrollment, there will be no refunds after the pre-trip meeting. Over-enrolled courses are registered by lottery.
