Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.Join Earlham College as distinguished speakers discuss the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The panelists will reflect on their work and activism for civil rights, race and gender, climate action, and health care.

Confirmed panelists are:

  • Candace Miller, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Research on Race and Ethnicity and a Visiting Assistant Professor in O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
  • Elizabeth Nelson, Assistant Professor in the Medical Humanities and Health Studies Program at Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI).
  • Kumar Jensen '12, Chief Sustainability and Resilience Officer for the City of Evanston, Illinois.
  • Maria Jose Ramos '14, an expert in real estate as well as in financial counseling for non-profits.
