The Office of Events works with Earlham students, faculty, staff and external organizations to plan and execute high-quality, successful campus events. During the academic year, we also assist in space reservations.
Interested in hosting an event, summer camp or conference on the Earlham campus? Please contact our office.
If you are a student, faculty or staff member who’s looking to advertise an Earlham-sponsored event, you can use the below options to spread the word on campus.
- Tabling: Information tables in Runyan Center may be reserved by registered student organizations and college departments to promote an event or program. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please submit your reservation.
- Digital signage: To improve the outreach of registered student organizations and college departments, you are invited to submit advertisements for the digital signage monitors across campus. Please submit ads at least two weeks (14 days) before the event. If submitted after the allotted 14 days, ads will be played at Student Life’s discretion. To submit your ad, please email [email protected]. The ads need to measure 1920 x 1080 pixels.
- Student Life Weekly Newsletter: The Student Life e-newsletter is sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to all current students and is the centralized event newsletter. The deadline for submissions is noon on Friday, Tuesday and Thursday for the following day of publication. Please submit your announcement.
- Earlham Events social media: Get info about upcoming events by following @EarlhamEvents on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. When you follow us, it’s easy to stay up-to-date so you don’t miss out. To submit your ad, please email [email protected].
