Lifeguards — Wellness Programs (Part-Time)

Earlham College is seeking American Red Cross or STAR Certified Lifeguards for part-time employment in its Wellness Programs at Weber Pool in the Athletics and Wellness Center.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Opening and/or closing the pool.
  • Maintaining pool attendance.
  • Co-teaching swimming lessons for children.
  • Lifeguarding for lap swim, open swim and water aerobics classes.
  • Taking chemical read daily.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

Candidates must have Current First Aid, CPR, AED as well as Lifeguard Certification.
