New Student Orientation

ISC StudentsEarlham College's New Student Orientation (NSO) begins on Saturday, August 17, 2019, and is required for all incoming students; this includes all first year students, exchange students, and transfer students.

When making travel arrangements, all international students should plan to arrive at Earlham on Thursday, August 15 or Friday, August 16, 2019 so that you have time to travel from the airport to campus, get settled in to your campus dorm room and to get rested before NSO begins on Saturday.

Earlham provides shuttles from the Dayton International Airport (DAY) only. If you fly into any other airport, you will be responsible for your own transportation to campus. Please find below the shuttle schedules from the airport to campus. We will provide more information for shuttle sign-ups at a later date.

  • Thursday, August 15: at 12 p.m. (midday), 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., 8 p.m., and 12 a.m. (Midnight)
  • Friday, August 16: at 12 p.m. (midday), 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., 8 p.m., and 12 a.m. (Midnight)
