Sitashma has been awarded the McKinney Philanthropic Fellowship at the IUPUI Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. This fellowship includes a graduate assistantship in an environmental organization and the opportunity to earn a fundraising management certificate from The Fund Raising School.

Sitashma will be pursuing a master's degree in philanthropic studies and plans to embark on a career related to environmental philanthropy.

Sitashma graduated from Earlham College with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology/Anthropology on May 9, 2020.
