Students should drop their belongings in Tyler Hall\, or their cars as they won’t be returning to the residence halls prior to departure.\n\n\n\n\n\n8 – 8:45 a.m. Check-in: Athletics and Wellness Center Concourse\n\nAll students and families should check in for the day.\n\n\n\n\n\n8:15 – 9:15 a.m. Academic Fair: Druley Performance Gym\n\nLearn about our academic offerings from teaching faculty while enjoying light refreshments.\n\n\n\n\n\n9:25 – 9:45 a.m. Welcome: Druley Performance Gym\n\nReceive a welcome address from a current student\, plus an overview of the day. \n\n\n\n\n\n10 – 10:45 a.m. Morning Sessions: Sessions will include a tour of residence halls\, class visits\, a student success panel discussion\, and a tour of the equestrian center and Miller Farm.\n\n\n\n11 – 11:45 a.m. Lunch: Earlham Hall\n\nRecruited athletes may also use this time to eat with coaches and/or the team. \n\n\n\n\n\nNoon – 12:45 p.m. Afternoon Session A: Sessions will include an info session from admissions\, off-campus study overview\, programming for first-generation college students\, an overview of the Epic Journey\, and an opportunity to build community with affinity spaces on campus.\n\n\n\n1 – 1:45 p.m. Afternoon Session B: Same as “Afternoon Sessions A\,” but there will be a campus tour rather than an info session with admissions.\n\n\n\n2 – 2:30 p.m. Next Steps: Lingle\, Center for Visual and Performing Arts\n\nAn introduction to the Countdown to Earlham portal\, August Wilderness\, and New Student Orientation. \n\n\n\n\n\n2:30 – 4 p.m. Open Office Hours: Various Locations.
