On-Campus Courses

Credit hours for May Terms can be included in students' Spring Semester enrollment. Students who enroll for 18 credit hours or less during the Spring Semester Registration Period pay no additional tuition charge for May Term courses. Students enrolling for more than 18 credit hours during Spring Semester and May Term combined pay a May Term tuition fee.

Earlham-funded financial aid is not available for May Term.

Students who live on campus during May Term must pay a room rental fee.

Dining Services is available during May Term, please check electronic monitors in Runyan for times and locations.

Additional costs may be expected for on-campus May Term courses; these include an enrollment fee, a course materials fee, and other personal expenses. Be sure to read the Fees and Registration Policies section.
