Kyra Jones Williams '17

My name is Kyra M. Jones Williams, I am senior, and my major is Human Development and Social Relations. I have many interests but to name a few I enjoy playing volleyball (I am a part of the Earlham volleyball team), I like working with children, and I enjoy learning about theorists.

What I’m looking forward to this summer is working with children. Children are always filled with energy so I’m looking forward to being active and moving around this summer. The goals I have this summer are to become more creative, and to build a relationship with the children I will be working with. I want to give the children and the teens someone they can talk to if they ever need advice. What I hope to achieve with this internship is to understand children. All children are different, so being in an environment with different type of children will give me the experience I need to further my career in working with children.
