Cora Johnson '19

I’m Cora Johnson, a rising sophomore majoring in environmental science.  My career interests are basically anything environmental science related, and I hope to learn more about the field this summer.  I am looking forward to learning about and practicing resource management and fire ecology in Saguaro National Park.  I am excited to monitor vegetation, leopard frogs, and more.  My goals for the summer are to learn what it’s like to be a scientist in a national park and to gain firsthand experience.  I hope to achieve a better sense of natural resources management work and a better sense of what type of career I’d like to pursue.
