Lea Staedtler
Associate Director of Career Education and Student Employment

Lea Staedtler works in the Center for Global and Career Education, where she coaches students individually on career discernment and helps them prepare their application materials and hone their interview skills. Lea also supervises our fantastic peer career coaches, who conduct one-on-one meetings with students and assist our department through conducting research and staffing large-scale events. She has been at Earlham since 2016. Prior to this opportunity, Lea went to graduate school at Oklahoma State University, where she received an M.S. in higher education leadership with a focus on college student development.
