Caitlin Fleenor
Director of Career Education

Caitlin Fleenor is responsible for making connections with employers and graduate schools to help Earlham students secure opportunities for experiential learning and post-graduate outcomes.  She's also responsible for the oversight and administration of the funded internship programs, including EPIC Advantage, Richmond Residency and Freeman. Her experience in human resources, corporate recruiting and higher education administration prepared her well to take on the role of assisting students in mapping out their EPIC journeys to begin their own rewarding careers.
