Swim Lessons


The Athletics and Wellness Center is now offering swim lessons to suit a variety of experience levels. Whether you are new to the water, or want to focus on improving your stroke, these classes are tailored to make you as comfortable as possible and increase your skill set.



General Information

Registration Begins: Registration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on February 11th. Class sizes are limited.

Classes Begin: Wednesday, February 19, 2020

Cost: $50.00 - $70.00 for a full session (8 classes)

Class   Time Cost
Level 1 Dog Paddlers 3:45 p.m. or 4:15 p.m. $50.00
Level 2 Front/Back Floaters 4:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. $50.00
Level 2 Front/Back Floaters 4:45 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. $50.00
Level 3 Deep Water Swimmers 5:15 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. $50.00
Level 4 Almost Ready For Team 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. $70.00


Swimmers ages 4 and up, with little swimming skills. Must be potty trained.

Level 2: Intermediate 1

Swimmers able to float on front and back, submerges and makes forward progress with arms.

Level 3: Intermediate 2

Swimmers able to swim freestyle and backstroke for a minimum of 25 yards. Able to use side breathing when on front.

Level 4: Advanced

Swimmers able to swim the whole length of the pool in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. Must have instructor's approval for Level 4.


PLEASE NOTE: All classes are subject to minimum enrollment of 6 people and will be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.
