 Class Descriptions

Spinning: Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program that is one of the most popular classes in the community. This class is for people of all ages and fitness levels and is NOT just a "hard-core" fitness program for elite athletes. Although not required, bring a water bottle, your bike shorts and shoes. *Limited to 20 patrons.

Water Fitness: An upright pool workout that focuses on aerobic intensity and muscle toning. Swimming itself is not included in the workout. Join us for a low - to no - impact workout!

Interval Training: This class alternates high intensity bursts of cardio with body sculpting exercises. The ultimate body-shaping, fat-burning, and strength training class!

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: This class will guide patrons through a series of progressive postures synchronized with the breath, producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. This class will aid in improving circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. 

Zazen Vini Yoga: This class will provide patrons with a stable and reliable support in an otherwise unpredictable life. When choosing a zenful yoga practice you invite confidence and build strength to find balance. During class you will listen to the needs of the body, and together, guided by our inner light and energy of the group discover a more grounded center and flowing joy to pave a more balance life.

Class Descriptions

High Intensity H2O: This is not your traditional water aerobics class! This high intensity shallow water class will end with an optional abdominal workout. The instructor will get your heart rate climbing for the ultimate water workout! Equipment will be available and optional. Non-swimmers are welcome.

Water Fitness: An upright pool workout that focuses on aerobic intensity and muscle toning. Swimming itself is not included in the workout. Join us for a low - to no - impact workout!

Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and Core Workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level- the instructor offers options for both brand-new beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

Guts, Butts, Thighs:  Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your core, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves in this 45-minute workout. Various exercises, equipment and techniques will be used. Intervals of high intensity cardio and strengthening and toing will be sure to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! This class is mixed level, everyone is welcome. *Please arrive early, if possible, to set up your equipment.

Vinyasa Yoga: This class will guide patrons through a series of progressive postures synchronized with the breath, producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. This class will aid in improving circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. 

CORE DE FORCE: Is a high-energy, non-contact group fitness class that misex MMA-inspired cardio drills with explosive power moves for a full-body conditioning workout. Cardio spikes burn major calories. And your own body weight provides resistance - no equipment needed.

Sunrise Hatha Yoga: Begin your morning with a Hatha sequence of awakening, stretching, balancing and centering your mind. This class will be taught in Hatha style and may venture into an easy style Vinyasa flow. Each class will begin with rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) then flow into crafted sequences to prepare you to face the day head on.

Dance Fusion: Styled as a Zumba-like class, fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and ENERGIZING. Routines feature interval training sessions, with fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Workout, get hooked, and experience an exhilarating hour of calorie burning!

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and core workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level - the instructor offers options for both beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

Core Blast: This class core-focused class will tone, tighten and strengthen the abdominals and lower back. Develop and increase core strength using a variety of training techniques to keep you and your core engaged. This class is the perfect addition to any workout regimen. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels!

Strength Cycle: Full body endurance and strength training in one 45 minute cycle based class. This dynamic indoor cycling class with weights will meet you where you are and push you forward.

Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and core workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level - the instructor offers options for both beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

Restorative Yoga: This practice aims to slow down and open the body through passive stretching. In this restorative class, participants may experience little movement, targeting fewer postures during the class. During the long holds of restorative yoga, muscles experience deeper relaxation. It is a unique feeling utilizing props, rather than the muscles, to support the body. Restorative yoga is mellow, making this class an ideal complement to more active classes, busy lives and an excellent antidote to stress. Although provided, feel free to bring your own pillow/bolster or blanket.

Barre: Barre class is a 45-minute unique combination of cardio and strength training with a little help from a ballet barre. Perfect for all levels of exercise experience.

Kripalu Yoga: This class will empower and connect the mind, body, and spirit. Classes will vary depending on the needs of students, starting with meditation, moving on to warming and strengthening poses through Vinyasa flow, ending with stretching and relaxation. The Kripalu tradition comes from Hatha yoga, patrons can expect to hold some poses for a couple of breaths.

Class Descriptions

PiYo: Designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles. Using only your body weight, you'll perform a series of high-intensity moves. Each PiYo class gives you the physical and mental benefits of yoga while sculpting and toning every muscle in your body. With a focus on mind/body connection, flexibility, mobility, and core strength, it is the perfect class for every age and fitness level.
