Sarah Smith `88

IMG_1342Sarah Rohde Smith `88 majored in mathematics at Earlham. While at Earlham, she was active in Residential Life serving as a Hall Convener, a Resident Counselor and a Co-Convener for New Student Week. She was also a cheerleader for four years for both the football and basketball teams. Sarah completed a Master of Arts in Actuarial Science at Ball State University in 1990. Currently she is a Director in the Benefits Advisory and Compliance group at Willis Towers Watson.

Sarah lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband, Kevin, and their two daughters, Emma and Olivia. Emma is a 2019 graduate of Earlham's Master of Arts in Teaching program. Sarah began her term on the Alumni Council in 2019. Her favorite memories of Earlham include long van rides to football and basketball games, helping new students move into their dorm rooms. late night study sessions at the Waffle House, midnight donut runs and way too many games of euchre to count.
