Outstanding Alumni Award/Distinguished Service Award Nomination Form

The Earlham College Alumni Council gives up to three Outstanding Alumni Awards each year to Earlhamites who have demonstrated excellence or achievement in a chosen career, service to the College, active participation in service and volunteer organizations or service to the Society of Friends, and may also give Distinguished Service Awards for achievements of Alumni or others associated with Earlham College for accomplishments not included within the parameters of the Outstanding Alumni Award.

The Recognition Committee will review each nomination andmake recommendations to the Alumni Council for final approval. Awards are presented at a ceremony held during Homecoming and Reunion Weekend.

The nominator may be contacted by the Recognition Committee for additional information. Nominations must be received by March 1st and will be considered for up to three years. The nomination will then be dropped, unless renewed by the nominator or a member of the Recognition Committee.
