Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Athletics Hall of Fame inductions are bestowed each year to former players/coaches who have distinguished themselves in athletics. Anyone may nominate an alumna, alumnus, coach and/or team for an award. Each nomination must be submitted separately. Awards are presented at a ceremony held during Homecoming and Reunion Weekend.

The nominator may be contacted by the College for additional information. Nominations must be received by December 31 to be considered for that following year's ceremony and will be considered for up to three years. The nomination will then be dropped, unless renewed by the nominator.

Using the form below, provide information and make your case for the candidate you deem noteworthy. Please feel free to include URL links to articles and supporting documentation.
