Alum Recruiting

Help us recruit the Class of 2025

High school juniors and seniors hear from thousands of colleges. As an Earlham alum, you have the ability to help us cut through the noise and identify future Earlhamites. Whether it’s someone you know personally, or a prospect whom you believe aligns with our values, we want to hear from you.

In honor of our founding date, 1847, our challenge this year is for alumni volunteers to refer 173 students. That’s one student for every year Earlham has existed.

How it works

This campaign lasts just six weeks, and you can be involved as much or as little as your time allows. We will give you all the tools you need for this campaign to be successful. Even if you don’t personally know any prospective students, you can still participate.

The timeline: Oct. 12 - Nov. 22

Dust off your detective gear, because we require a little research on your end. Chances are good that you have people in your network who know high school students who would excel at Earlham. Connecting with them to gauge their interest and share your college experience can move our college to the top of their list.

Each week, you will hear from our office about progress and tips for success. Even if you don’t personally know any prospective students, you can still help by sharing this information with friends.
