Scholarships and Financial Aid
The 2018-2019 cost for tuition, fees, room, meal plan, health insurance, and estimated amounts for books and personal spending is $60,000. Last year, the average financial award (scholarship and grant) for international students was $30,000.
Earlham considers each international application for merit scholarship and institutional grant.
Merit scholarships are awarded to students who have distinguished themselves academically. The scholarships range from $12,500 to $45,500 and are awarded for up to eight semesters if GPA requirements are maintained.
Institutional grants are awarded based on demonstrated financial need and academic accomplishments.
The total financial award will not exceed the cost of tuition ($45,500 for 2018-2019).
Every international applicant must complete the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA). We cannot evaluate an application without having received this document.
Please note: The International Financial Aid Committee determines the level of merit scholarship and institutional grant.
Send all inquiries about international financial aid to Susan Hillmann de Castañeda, Director of International Admission (firstname.lastname@example.org).
