The Earlham EPIC Grand Challenge is a comprehensive proposal competition with a focus on solving local issues in Wayne County, Indiana. The competition is based around three pillars Neighborhood Development, Community Development, and Employability.

Forward Wayne County is a comprehensive effort to foster a vibrant economy, and promote prosperity in Wayne County, Indiana. To do this, we’re working to align community resources around Human Capital Development and Quality of Place initiatives to attract, develop, and retain a highly competitive workforce.
