Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program

Through the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program, Earlham encourages students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have demonstrated strong academic potential to enroll in graduate programs after completing their bachelor’s degrees. Some of the opportunities that McNair Scholars can take advantage of include:

  • Assistance with academic tutoring
  • Summer research opportunities in many academic areas working closely with faculty members
  • Advice and financial resources to assist with graduate school selection and admission process
  • Funding for academic conference attendance
  • Assistance with preparation for the GRE and other graduate school entrance examinations
