Earlham College offices will close beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, for the shutdown and restart of the electrical system. All campus buildings are to be vacated by 4 p.m. with the exception of Bundy Hall. The phone system will not be functioning after 3:30 p.m. To avoid damage, please unplug electrical equipment in your area by no later than 4 p.m. (including but not limited to computers, printers, refrigerators). Public Safety can be contacted at 765-914-1130 during the outage if assistance is needed. We are planning for classes and offices to operate per the normal schedule on Friday, May 24, with the possible exception of Dennis, Noyes and Joseph Moore Museum.
